An elderly German woman we know has fallen and injured (but not broken, fortunately) her hip. We’d like to send her a card reading, in German, “Sorry to hear about your accident. Hope you feel better soon.” What would be the best polite but friendly translation of that?

(That’s a rather formal tone, maybe appropriate for an elderly lady. “Ihrem” and “Ihnen” are pronouns used for persons you are not on first-name basis with).
