If you were British, would you support and want to retain the monarchy?
I am British, and don’t much care. I would be in favor of ending the role of the monarchy in the Church of England (and, quite frankly, abolishing the state religion, ceremonial though it may be) but I quite like having a queen, and this one does a pretty good job. In any case, I’d definitely wait until after young Willie takes a bride. It will be the media event of the young century.
If you are/were American, would you want to abolish the Electoral College?
I am American, and yes. It’s antiquated and antidemocratic, and we should change to a national popular vote. The only advantage I can see to having the Electoral College is that it essentially confines any presidential election dispute to a single state or two, rather than all fifty. But that’s not enough of an advantage to justify keeping it, IMHO.

Not really. Hound Dog is pretty cool though.

I would prefer more than two viable parties.
