Giving a car to your spouse for Christmas

As opposed to a big ass-bow.

My favorite is the one where they somehow got the car into their giant, 5000 sq. ft. living room. Bizarre to think about the logistics of that one.

Perhaps they converted their really large garage into a living room?

The only other way I could see it would be to tear out a wall, and put it back up, just to have to tear it down again to get the car out.

December sales are higher more because:

  1. Dealers are quicker to make a deal to get the sale in for this year’s bottom line vs. next year.

  2. To make room for for new models (which by then are been rolling out for a few months)

  3. Sales people wish to bump their commissions to compensate for their own Christmas shopping.

I am sure some people buy cars as presents but my guess is that is a small minority. When buying a car, all my research said to buy at the end of the year for different combinations of the above reasons.
