Dell Computers strikes a lot of us (myself included) as arrogant, and many other things bad.
However…
Yesterday, I put a call into tech support about my CPU fan making so much noise it worried me.
Ten minutes ago, DHL shows up in my driveway with the replacement unit. Dell shipped it overnight from Austin Texas to Brookfield CT, along with a prepaid label for returning the faulty unit.
I’m impressed and quite pleased.
