It was probably shut down because though it had 193 members, only 6 posted more than twice a year.
How bad was it?
They want Michael Moore dead, “all muslims are terrorists”, all Democrats are commies and/or satanic.

Some of the members would be remembered by those here as close-minded fundies.
I myself was slurred, then banned for simply claiming the 2000 vote count wasn’t finished when the results were announced.

’nilla, precious wafer, if this is the same place I’m thinking about, it pales in comparison to a train wreck only in the lack of bodies. Even without discounting the “pleasure” at seeing such a place go down, the active offending members will doubtless find somewhere else to peddle their wares.
