Goddammit - I haven't done any work all day and it's all you peoples fault

All of you just keep writing threads and replying to them all day long, and it’s killing my productivity. I’m starting to wish I never figured out how to circumvent my company’s internet filters in the first place. Squirrel stories. Yellow cake with chocolate frosting (mmmmmm, yellow cake.) Magic tricks. Air conditioned doghouses. Skinny rich white bitches who peck you on the cheek with an eighteen inch long blue frosted double-headed dildo. All of this crap is more interesting than my job, so just CUT IT OUT!

Tomorrow I am not going to visit the boards during work hours, not even for a minute. Well, I may drop by to check up on one or two threads, but I won’t be here for very long at all. One thing I can definitely guarantee you: I won’t be sidetracked into once again reading dozens of threads and wasting the entire day here. No sir, it probably won’t happen, because I have the willpower to resist temptation. At least some of the time.

Ok people. Seriously. I have work to do and I’m not getting a goddamn thing done here. Stop writing. Right now.

And don’t bother replying to this post, because I won’t read it. I’m at work. Working. That’s what I do at work - I work. Ok? Everyone’s got that? I’m working and I’m very busy and I can’t be disturbed so leave me alone.

Ok you got it. OK BOYS, STRIKE THE SET WE’RE OUTTA HERE.

If you can read this neuroman, you’re not working

Loach, I can’t help but notice everything is still here. I’m beginning to think you aren’t running the show.

Greenback, sorry, I couldn’t read your post because I’m busy on a Very Important software project.

And I thought everyone was doing all of this posting to keep me from being productive at work… :smack:

Damn delusions of grandeur.

Not that I would ever advocate doing such a thing to get to the boards… but I am curious as to how you are doing that.

Dragwyr, I don’t have time for this kind of idle chatter, so I’m having my assistant Shirley type this reply.

There is a product for Windows called Microsoft Netmeeting that allows one to control the desktop of a remote computer. So if one were to use this product, one could surf the web by proxy. Another product called VNC functions similarly.

Don’t blame us for your weakness, bucko! It’s your own fault! There’s plenty of us that can leave the SDMB at any time! Including me! I can quit anytime I want!

I just don’t want to right this second
