Title says it all. Yeah, I’m registered Republican, but I didn’t vote for him. Why the fuck are his Robo-minions still calling my house weeks after the election?
Maybe he wants to “Nya-nya-nya” me? Offer me a cabinet position?
I will give you a dollar, or a beer, or just beg over the Internet: please listen to one of these calls. WTH is “he” still calling about? I want to know…
Probably just to ask for more money, but I’m curious.
If he was actually interested in why, he would listen to the damn message. Now choosing to make the whole message about “why”, asking it twice and making two wild guesses, when all he wants to do is complain that it is happening, is inexcusable. He’s piqued my curiosity and should just suck it up and listen to the goddamn message.
Ivylad got one of those yesterday. When he pressed a button saying he would contact his Congress-critter, it went to another option where you could donate.
He hung up. It may or may not be a scam, but why take the chance?
Nomorobo. It’s free for your landline and there’s a cheap app for your cell. And it works perfectly. Robocalls are automatically routed away from your number to die a squealing death somewhere. Our phone rings once and then kills it. Gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling, it does. Added benefit: while it kills robocalls, it allows automated calls about prescriptions, etc.
Bummer. My landline just now kicked another one into the ether. Maybe there is a similar service for AT&T? I’m pretty sure it’s politicians wanting everyone to donate to pay their campaign bills. Fuck that. Don’t overspend next time. Also, my wife never checks the “don’t fucking call me ever” boxes on political websites, so we get bombarded with emails every election cycle. Keeps me busy unsubscribing, but they also use proxies to get around that.
