So DRY. I think its your job to find an occurence of “Get A Room” in the Bard’s many works. Are you up to the task? I mean, if you can find {OVERUSED PITWORD} in there, I am sure you can find “Get A Room” Get to it madman!
I take this to mean that I will be getting plenty of free drinks at the next gathering.
pat
Umm…this was supposed to be a joke, FreakFreely. Scotti and I tease each other on the boards all the time! (I’m closer to Scotti than 98% of the people on the boards)
“They must be bound and laid in some dark room.”
–The Comedy of Errors, Act 4, Scene iv (emphasis added)
“Come, we’ll have him in a dark room and bound.
My niece is already in the belief that he’s mad: we
may carry it thus, for our pleasure and his penance,
till our very pastime, tired out of breath, prompt
us to have mercy on him”
–Twelfth Night, Act 3, Scene iv (emphasis added)
“A hall, a hall! give room! and foot it, girls.”
–Romeo and Juliet, Act 1, Scene v
I meant that you’re closer tome than 98% of the people on the board. I wouldn’t presume to make the opposite statement (re: who’s closer to you than I am)
Kiss. Kiss.
(Geez–another flirting hijack in the pit. Some people really need to get a room)
Well, honey darlin’, since you have forbidden me to post in the pit anymore, I realize that I am going to get into trouble. However, since I actually have a room, and since it is many, many miles north of where you are, and since I am ALWAYS short, (5’4" if I stretch,) then can I ask you to help me out since I am short?
PS-I still need to be enlightened as to the other 2%. Why is the lady in question always the last to know?
