Pubes get Louie Gohmert. Craps get Piers Morgan. It all evens out.
I had to google Piers Morgan, not knowing much about him other than that he’s some sort of British celebrity.
He’s actually a British journalist. I don’t know anything about his politics. However, assuming “Pubes” and “Craps” are juvenile terms for Republicans and Democrats respectively, I don’t see how a British citizen counts as a Democratic equivalent of a Republican U.S Representative.
I also don’t see what it has to do with Gohmert’s preoccupation with various sexual perversions to the point that a discussion of gun control leads him to the subject of bestiality.
“Journalist” would be an extremely charitable description of Morgan. There are other words one might use.
I suspect it was in reference to Morgan’s recent contretemps with gun rights advocates and him asserting that the British policy of “as few guns as possible” was the best policy. I don’t think that necessarily links him directly to the Democrats; Morgan is conservative by UK standards and one could argue equivalences between the two political systems all day. More relevant would be the link to pedophiles and practitioners of bestiality, in that he’s generally viewed with the same level of disgust by those familiar with his work.

I was just pointing out that every position has someone representing it that almost everyone on the same side wishes would just go away.
Pubes and craps was just the politest way I could think of to express my disdain and disgust for both parties. Far too many of them are behaving like 2nd graders at recess. So Juvenile terms seemed entirely too apropos to the analogy not to use them.
He does things that disgust people as much as pedophiles disgust people? That seems unlikely. Do you have examples of these disgusting things?
I will admit to a certain amount of hyperbole, but the thread linked to in my previous post gives some of the highlights of his illustrious career.
That summary may not fully reflect the general constant stream of amoral and vile behavior and utterances which have marked much of his public life; if these still aren’t quite as bad as child molestation they nevertheless have been far from benign.
Accepting money to do “news” on television comes to mind as being pretty disgusting, but it’s not nearly as disgusting as pederasty. Also, he’s scarcely unique in that transgression.
Louie Gohmert would be the perfect name for a fictional Southern, small town, dimwitted, good old boy sheriff/mayor. He looks like a Louie Gohmert too. Right out of central casting.

I was thinking more of his championing of gutter press tactics including the harassment of people who had the temerity to question his methods and culminating in the fake torture pictures. He’s made the world a worse place and profited well by it.
