Going from "Word" to vB? Keeping fonts, sizes, etc.

Is it possible to go from word to vB without having to tag all the fonts and sizes accordingly? Is there some software that can transfer a word doc. to vB code without any input from me? Maybe it`s already on my computer (either in word or vB)?

It sure would make my life easier. Help me out here.

Hmm. I dunno. At first I thought what Mangetout did over here might be useful, but on closer inspection, I think not.
