Ever since the parents of the murdered ron Goldman won the civil case against OJ Simpson, they have been trying to collect on the judgement awarded to them. my understanding is that Simpson has never paid more than a pittance of the judgement-and now the Goldmans are trying to attach his name and assets. my question; how much chance do they have of ever getting anything?
of course, this was a crime from the start-everybody knows that OJ Simpson murdered his ex-wife and Mr. Goldman. Will OJ just keep stalling , and tie this up in court forever?
Not everybody knows that; there are at least 12 people in LA who disagree with your assessment.
OJ could stall this judgement forever, or he could claim he has no assets to attach, that his name has been besmirched to the point where people don’t want to employ him. And it’s all Goldman’s fault because he was found innocent in a criminal court.
