I’m considering starting up a business* out of my home after college, and I am not really all that good at math. (I can’t pass college algebra to save my life, but I seem to be okay at basic statistics.) In an effort to help me with all the accounting work that’d be required, and also to have an electronic source of storage for this information, I am considering investing in a bookkeeping program for computers when needed. Are there any good ones out on the market that you’d recommend to the novice at accounting that’s not too hard for non-programmer types?
*This business would most likely be hospitality/service related.
