Unless you have a very specific question (e.g., what has Senator So-and-So been up to since retirement), I would advise against posting in General Questions.

Try this one http://spengler.atimes.net I think you’d find some common ground with a lot of the people there, and it the split is one of the most even around in terms of political ideology.
