My father just gave me a knife that he bought back in the 30’s for 19.99. He calls it his Tarzan Knife. It’s a Case and on the blade near the handle it’s stamped “CASE” and below that in smaller letters is “TESTED XX”. It’s a fixed blade, and the blade is 5" and the overall length is 9.5". The center part of the handle looks like bone or horn and on either end is red and black plasticky (or whatever they had back then) layers.
Anyway I’m just trying to find out more about it and was wondering if any dopers know of a good website that might have information about old knives. I’ve been to a few sites (including Case’s) and have looked at hundreds of pictures of Case knives but have had no luck finding this particular one. Thanks!
