Can anyone recommend a good, affordable Photoshop service where I can upload a photo and have it touched up? I have a scan of a photo in png format where the skin color is a more red than it should be and it’s also slightly fuzzy from the scan although I don’t think much can be done there. I don’t have Photoshop so I tried to touch up the photo myself using Paint.net but didn’t have too much luck - when the skin color corrected the photo became either because too dark or too light.
I could probably do the job, if nobody suggests a professional service instead.
Thanks for the offer - I found Tucia.com so I’ll give them a try first. It’s $8 for them to edit and 24 hour turnaround so it will be interesting to see how well they do. I wish there would be at least one review for this company on all of the internet though…

Colour cast isn’t so hard to correct–you could try Photoshop Online.
