“Another Day”. Pomplamousse
Indiana Jones theme. You’ll be able to take on whatever your day holds, up to and including fighting off Nazis.
Something slow and soothing from my cell phone file. Gotta lessen the chances of a heart attack when waking up.

Or, for a jolt of pure energy, “Black Betty” by Ram Jam. Ram Jam - Black Betty - YouTube
If you want to start the day with a swagger, Take Out by The Sound Defects: fat hip-hop beats with mariachi surf guitars and sleazy lounge keyboards will have you strutting out of bed like it’s the soundtrack to your own biopic. Srsly cool.
I’m a Man - by Chicago
Initial volume should be eleven or forty-two depending on your scale.
Starts with bass, adds background drums, adds percussion (the music is building giving you a chance to wake before), adds organ, adds guitar, then they start wailing on the GUITARS, FINALLY THE VOCAL CHANT "I’M A MAN, YES I AM, AND I LOVE YOU SO!!
By this time you’d better be up.
I use “Simon Says (Get The Fuck Up)” by Pharoahe Monch, which I believe is out of print and probably not that appealing to most readers here (but actually a fairly sizable hit in '90s hip-hop and highly relevant for its purpose ).
I love that song but as many times as I’ve fallen asleep listening to The Dark Side of the Moon, it would probably lull me back to sleep!
