The story I saw on Keiko’s death included the following statement, read in a serious voice lacking all aspects of irony - “It has not yet been decided whether Keiko will be buried on land or given a funeral at sea.” WTF? Bury him on land? Whose lame idea is that? I realize humans choose to be scattered at sea after living on earth all their life, but somehow this seems a bit different.
