“French military victories” used to get the suggestion “Did you mean French military defeats?” but Google have changed the way their engine works.

The anagram thing is clearly Google having fun though and isn’t a Google Bomb in the same sense.
You aren’t missing anything, this was merely to illustrate to the 13 or 14 people in the world who don’t already know it that Google will make an alternate suggestion if you misspell a word.
Yeah, that was pretty stupid.
