Other than 'Photobucket ( I really dislike that site ) & they do not bring hot linking back to Picasa I ask what is you all’s opinions on if I should just shoot myself???

Why do you think Picasa doesn’t allow hotlinking? It seems to work in my informal tests.
Tinypic works fine too.

I love imgur - it’s the unofficial image host of Reddit and it can withstand the traffic from there, allows hotlinking and you can use it with or without an account. It’s not the best for big collections of albums, flickr’s a little better for that, but there are limitations on free accounts there.
