Me and my GF were sitting at a bus stop and it passed by. We waved at it! Assuming it was taking pictures, any idea how long before the pics are posted?
Could be sooner than you think. Where I am (Long Island NY) sections were replaced in October which showed a building half-demolished. The demolition took place during the last week of September, this aerial view shows just the tower standing (see shadow), which was how I saw it on October 3rd. By the 5th the tower was down, and I first saw this aerial view early in November.

It passed me once. But when the street in question went live, a different sweep must have been used, because I wasn’t there 
I’ve always wanted to spot one while I’m driving, so I could follow it around for hours and be in all the rear view pictures.
That’s genius!
I think they wait until the entire city is done, perhaps even the entire State, before putting them live. They have to process them by blurring out faces etc which probably takes some time.
