You know why? Because what I want to do is make it illegal for a company to be in the private mercenary business in the United States. I want that to be illegal even without bringing up all the crimes committed by Blackwater/Xe and Erik Prince, as I think it’s a disgusting and quasi-legal business for an American company to be in. You’ll note that the language in the articles I cited talks about things Blackwater did as a company, not things that employees did without the knowledge of the BoD. Unless you can show that people who didn’t know about ACORN’s embezzlement somehow knew to keep quiet about something they didn’t know about, you don’t have an equivalent situation.

It is my belief that racism exists within the Democrat party and the ranks of liberals themselves in percentages approximating those in conservative ranks. If conservatives as a whole were anywhere near as cut, dried and obstinate as your side would have us believe, the civil rights movement would never have gotten off the ground to begin with.
The truth of the matter is that most conservatives disdain racism as well.
Liberals have a very hard time trying to gain popular acceptance of their views because by and large they don’t make sense and they run counter to human nature. So instead of arguing the pros and cons of their ideas, liberals have chosen simply to demonize their opponents and seek to gain support and votes that way.

Then perhaps you should apply to be poster boy for liberal naivety. You wouldn’t outlive racism if you lived 10,000 years. Racism exists in every culture and every population in every country in every corner of the world. Within the U.S. along there is racism against black people and Hispanic people and Asian people. And the is racism among black people and Hispanic people and Asian people. And it isn’t all white vs. everyone else or vice versa either. There are blacks who hate not only whites but Hispanics and Asians, and Hispanics who hate blacks and Asians and whites, and Asians who hate Hispanics and blacks and whites. So every group is perfectly capable of holding racist views, and they do.
And age isn’t going to get rid of it either. There are a lot of people who start out without noticeable racist feelings but who then develop them as they age and encounter negative experiences with people of certain races.
The best we can do, and many conservatives in our population have done this all along, is to try to minimize both racism itself and the consequences of it. But if you think the time is gonna come when racism no longer exists because the racists have all died out, you’re kidding yourself bigtime.
Every. single. time. in my life that I’ve heard the word “evil” applied to a political group, it has come from liberals and been aimed at conservatives. I have never, ever heard liberals referred to as evil by anyone on the right. This isn’t to say that no conservative anywhere has never used the word when talking about liberals, but it certainly hasn’t become an characteristic meme like it has with the left.
