But even if there are no difficulties for voters (not a given) to secure such, it’s another noticeable delay, with minimal mentions of how such requirements would work with mail-in-ballots and would likely affect individuals who can’t afford to take even MORE time to stand in line for physical voting. IE it’s yet more voter suppression, where it’ll be easier for older, retired, and rural voters (which tend heavily to (R) of course) to vote even with the new requirements, but make it harder for working class, urbananites, especially in high population (and leaning (D) of course) cities.
