But his crime (the one he is being dinged for the most) occurred in Wash DC, so his laws clearly don’t apply to him.

The latest reports are that he partook of the Emperor’s Club “wares” eight times or so. Do we know that each occasion was outside of New York State?

I haven’t been keeping up with the thread, but my .02 are that
a) Prostitution shouldn’t be illegal, but regulated, after all, it’s ALL prostitution on some level, just because some encounters might lead to a phoney baloney marriage is essentially meaningless in the grand scheme.
b) Though he may be a cad for having done this, as someone with such great responsibility which means very little free time, it would be, shall we say, difficult to wait for the Mrs to be in the mood, especially if you only got to see her once or twice a week.
c) For the record, IMO, if I was renting ANYONE for that kind of cash, there would be some kind of home improvement happening after sexy time.
