Greek Yogurt: What's the big deal?

Another good use for Greek yogurt is instead of buttermilk in pancakes or biscuits. Its thick texture beefs up your final product, and the tang is different and delectable. I think the pancakes and biscuits I make from it are superior.

I see other people have let John Mace know about the difference between Greek yogurt and non-fat Greek yogurt. It’s a lot like complaining about what’s the big deal about ice cream and finding out the guy was eating ice milk. No comparison.

My favorite snack is Fage plain yogurt with a tiny bit of honey and some frozen cherries. Almost ice cream! I smash up a bit of granola and it counts as lunch. :smiley:

I eat the Oikos key lime and lemon chiffon flavors, only because I like citrus flavors. But Fage plain is the best.
