Another good use for Greek yogurt is instead of buttermilk in pancakes or biscuits. Its thick texture beefs up your final product, and the tang is different and delectable. I think the pancakes and biscuits I make from it are superior.
I see other people have let John Mace know about the difference between Greek yogurt and non-fat Greek yogurt. It’s a lot like complaining about what’s the big deal about ice cream and finding out the guy was eating ice milk. No comparison.
My favorite snack is Fage plain yogurt with a tiny bit of honey and some frozen cherries. Almost ice cream! I smash up a bit of granola and it counts as lunch.
I eat the Oikos key lime and lemon chiffon flavors, only because I like citrus flavors. But Fage plain is the best.
