Depends on what shades of green and purple we’re talking about here. My mom’s favorite color is green, which means I grew up in a house where the majority of everything was green. The living room walls were a seafoam green, I think the dining room as well. Dad tried repainting the seafoam and ended up with pretty much the same color! I’ve developed a distaste for that shade from being overexposed to it.
Purple is my least favorite color, though there are a few shades I like (say, lilac). Almost every shade of green is terrific.

Purple! My friends back east and were all color coded. I was purple. My current roommate is green. Purple is clearly better. And I’m sorry, artifical grape is better than green apple, although not when it has that Dimatapy taste of retreat fruit drink from my youth as a Catholic school girl.
