GTA V is (finally) releasing heists as DLC on March 10. I’m hoping to get the SDMB Crew on board with tackling them. When GTA V came out we had a few regulars that I played with quite a bit, and I know a few are continuing to play regularly.
I’ve moved up to GTA V on PS4 - is anyone else playing the game on PS4?
My PSN ID is Morganthaler. Feel free to friend me, or join up the SDMB Crew in GTA V. I’m actually going to be Arizona for Spring Training that first week of Heist availability, but I am eager to get going and give them a try.
This has been a long time coming and it could well drag me back in after a long, long time away from the game. I am on PS3 at the moment but this could also push me towards PS4 (I figure I am going to upgrade eventually and, if the critical mass of people here are on PS4 to tackle these heists, it makes sense to move on up). Hopefully some others will be up for this too.
If it turns out the heists are worth the cost of buying the game again on ps4, I might hop back in, but I doubt I will. This is content that was promised “soon” back when the game was first released. Completely unreasonable.
Are heists only going to be playable on PS4 or PC? I’m not going to buy a PS4 just for that, but if you can heist with the old PS3 version I’ll play with anyone else still slumming it.
They’ll be there on all platforms. If no one else has moved up to PS4, I may drop in on PS3 and get a character up to sufficient level (I think 12 is required, wouldn’t take much time) in order to play.
