Munch: I’m not clear what the implications of that simulpost rule would be. I think I’ll just answer questions in the order they appear. And I’m willing to go over 20 questions, if it takes that much.

I think that Munch’s point is that the last question could be irrelevant (and wasteful) depending on the answer to the first question.
