Guess What I Found In My Drawers? Ya Wan' Sum?

A unicorn? But those are usually white…

A care-bear? Those are usually multicoloured…

I’m a blank.

While this is an interesting thread (I have a metal dragon and a hand-carved chess piece on my desk), I would like to point out a small hiccup in the English as spoken here in the UK.

Drawers can also mean ladies underwear.
You can see why I haven’t looked at the OP till now

An electric hair fluffer Beulah?

A ceramic hand painted hobbit?

A plaster of paris hand painted sphinx?

A metal molded pheonix? (also hand painted?)

A papier mache Disney character?

There are four of these…

One of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse ?

The lucky dude with the Three Muses ?

A Gentleman of Verona ?

A Telly Tubby ?

Mormon wife #4 ?

Is it a movie character ?

Is it a Disney character ?

Is it a Nick Park character ?

Is it a teevee cartoon character ?

Is it a book based character ?

Have you gone home for the day ?

Well, thanks for saying I’m hot, Diane! You’re pretty doggone spicy yerself.

Is it a Bugs Bunny figurine?

So, it’s a figurine, of a fictional animal which is bigger than a breadbox, is normall gray, and is sort of a structure…? That last bit is really confusing. Is it, uh, a turtle? A mollusc of some sort? An elephant with a howda?

Does the figurine represent an actual type of animal, a specific instance of which appears in fiction? Or is it a creature of a sort that is purely fictional?

Is the animal, if real, a vertebrate?

Is it a tetrapod? (four limbs of some sort)

Is it a mammal?

Is it a sphinx? A moldy monopoly piece? An elephant-shaped eraser? Any kind of eraser?

silly putty?
slinky?
Dumbo?
pony tail holder?

I know. You didn’t think I was talking about my bureau, now did you?

To answer the questions that came close:

Yeah, sorta.

Not sure that I was ever here to begin with. It’s debatable.

Another useless hint:

The four that I have are sitting on top of my monitor. I have given them names (notice the spelling of Burt/Bert).

Green - Clyde
Mauve - Franklin
Blue - Otis
Peach - Birt

Padeye - I keep the hair blower right next to the Lady Stetson in the nightstand next to my bed. Never know when the Serlin will drop by.

Eeeewwwwwwwwww, I shouldn’t even joke about stuff like that.

I have no idea what they are but how about those mutant ninja turtle thangs ?

Were there three Ghostbusters or four ?

Could it be some of those “Bill Ding with Wood” people from back in the 50’s?

Could it be some of those “Bill Ding with Wood” people from back in the 50’s?

The Pac Man Ghosts perhaps?

Gosh. That was enlightening.

Does the figurine represent a creature than normally appears in animation? (like Donald Duck)

Does the figurine represent a creature that normally appears as a puppet or marionette of some sort? (Like Grover)

I’m really quite clueless how the spelling of the names you gave them is a clue…but hey, cluelessness is my middle name.

I liked the guess of the Pac-Man ghosts…they’re the right colors. But they’re not structures of any sort.

Are they dancing hippopotami from Fantasia? No, they’re not structures either. [Grasping at straws, here]

Few more clues:

Fictional characters, although very seldom depicted in animation or puppetry.
Although fictional, they are actual objects that serve a purpose even though they don’t physically do anything.
Notice how the spelling of “Birt” looks a little like “Bird”.
They are sitting on my monitor.

Dang! This is so easy when you know what it is! I’m almost giving you the answer!

Fur crying out loud…Last Damn Guess…

Muppets or Sesame Street…Muppets ??

Phrak! I’m stumped…

Fictional, not plastic, structural, rarely depicted in animation / puppetry…

Could it be one of those little wooden bead-and-string toys that, when you depress the plunger on the bottom, go all limp?

Maybe a miniture garden gnome for a chia pet?

Hmmmm.

Little stone gargoyle!

Gargoyles?

Stupid board slowness, if I was right do I get a second place prize?
