it is 553a local, and the dear little tyke (also known as Lord Nuzzles) has decided that I am now familiar enough to lay, play, sit, or tread on my face most of the night.
So last night we got our first snow of the year down in the valley. Last week the foothills and mountain tops were beautiful white for a couple of days until it warmed up a bit and melted it all off. Sigh, I like the snow, up the hill at the ski resort, not down here where I have to drive in it for a living.
So here I am slurpin cuppajo and contemplating my day. Gottta go into [four letter word] early so I guess its ok that I’m up early.
Its blowin a bit outside, cold, and the house next door seems to have acquired squatters since the owner moved out almost a week ago into an inheritance. Have to Call Someone About That later today, or have the Missus do it.
Well at least the snow last night was just wet and didn’t actually stick at all. Still a tiny bit too warm for any to accumulate, but its a sign of the winter to come this year.
Hopin [flw] doesn’t run late this afternoon, need a haircut since its long enough to require a comb for maintenance. Missus is visiting with my Eldest Guestling who came over to earn a little gas money by doing house [flw]. They are mocking me as I sit here typing stream-of-awareness. I wouldn’t call what I have consciousness yet. Meh, whatever.
So ran over to the next county over yesterday to get the Fosterling some pokemon cards as payment for helping me with the yard last weekend and gave his mom (my ex) a couple hundred to help with bills since the donor of Fosterling’s Y has decided he doesn’t need to pay child support.
HAH Little Lordling just decided that Elder Guestling’s coat is his newest toy:D:D
