Some dude who lives just above the spot where the Tsarnaev brothers shot it out with the police had the bright idea to stick his head up and take pictures of the ongoing gun battle. Fortunately, he survived, but this was absurdly foolhardy – note the picture toward the end showing the bullet hole where a shot came through the wall and punctured his roommate’s desk chair.

Has that ever been the case seeing as there were two bombs and they are both shown carrying backpacks? That seems pretty active participant to me. What I have heard is that the older brother was more the ring-leader and converted his younger bro.

whoever designed that site should be beaten with reeds. my nexus tablet- with its 2560x1600 display- gets served the mobile version of the page. which is a narrow strip along the left edge complete with a fake iOS look to it.
