Or, how do you properly and thoroughly clean the human butthole in preparation for anal sex (or other, less socially-accepted activities)? How about afterward?
Never needed to now the answer for personal reasons, but I read a lot, and I am a nurse. Enemas seem to do the trick. Regular tap water enemas. Oh, and eating lots of fiber/a good diet probably keeps it free of sticky residue too.
Just jam it in there and take a shower afterwards.
Enema is usually the right answer. As far as the afterward, there really isn’t much except to wash up. That area tends to need a good bit of lube, so that is the main thing you want to clean up.
I’ve never found any special ablutions beforehand to be necessary. My girlfriend will usually, um, clear the stage, as it were, when she’s hoping for a little ass play. On those occasions when I’ve started poking around back there without any forewarning, she has once or twice said, “ooo, give me a second.” She’s offered the enema prep, but it’s just never seemed necessary.
A good cleaning up afterward is simple good hygiene, though.
