No, they appeared to be just normal looking nylon shorts (for like running or swimming).
I agree if I met this guy in the street and asked for directions (but we men type don’t ask for directions ;)). BUT Home Depot hired this person and put him in a position where he must be able to communicate with the public in a way that the public would like.
Sorry to offend any of the PC crowd but there are some people who arn’t good, for whatever reason, for a particular job. That isn’t a bad thing in itself and in general terms it is a good thing and more things can get done well. But it does leave people out in the cold.
Also I was willing to communicate w/ him by bringing him to a part that is used with the part I needed and to show him where the part I needed would fit but he basically didn’t want to go and my wife was able to write something that got me that part.
I know this is off the topic but I had to respond to this personal asault.
