Good. Do you know this guy? That was posted years ago.
No, don’t know him. I stumbled across it looking for the Steve Wariner version.
This sort of thing is a big part of YouTube.
This guy seems pretty good!
The garage echo acoustics is what works for me. And the talent.
Nice find. I really enjoyed that!
The guy can sing and yes, the garage makes it play, i.e., adds a touch of reverb. Nice.
This just reminds me of the reality of the music biz: being really talented has no correlation with whether you can make money at music, let alone a living, let alone a career, let alone fame. Thank gosh YouTube is available as a channel to share this type of performance, and yes, at least some folks have built careers and even stardom from that starting point.
Jacob Moon doing a solo cover of Rush’s “Subdivisions”, with some looping tools:
It was impressive enough that he was invited to perform it in front of the band when they received the Canadian Songwriter's Hall of Fame award. I can't seem to find the video of that performance, sadly. That was really cool. Thanks.
Here’s another.
Surprised these guys aren’t getting hit with DCMA takedown notices and/or having their accounts suspended.
Is this the thread for YouTube covers? Here’s a beautiful girl playing an exotic instrument doing a masterful job with a wonderful song: All Along The Watchtower.
I’m blown away by Morgan James sitting in in a tiny kitchen with one guy strumming on a beat up guitar and another guy rapping on a garbage can:
interesting. It had the opposite affect on me. Maybe it was the computer speakers but I found it annoying. Nice bit of talent though.
Only if they are really cool.

[/QUOTE]That was really cool! Her Voodoo Chile cover is also great. Thanks!
Very nice! Thanks.
Come on, keep 'em coming! Prefer bare bones artist+ instrument, totally killing it.
Everything posted so far has been great.
I love this. It’s a guy doing a cover of Substitute by The Who.
He plays every instrument.
That’s awesome!
