Just a note to say how pleased I am that this entitled would-be queen doesn’t get to condescend to the American public from the White House now, doesn’t get to call us “you people,” or to tell us anymore what we can and cannot expect from her and her clueless husband, doesn’t get to tell news media what questions they may and may not ask her, doesn’t get to do much but take her smug, pampered ass back to her many homes in many states (all of which her husband failed to take–Massachusetts, FAIL! New Hampshire, FAIL!, California, FAIL!, Michigan, FAIL!. I guess these places understood her and her husband best) and live the rest of her life reflecting bitterly on what she was told last night by the voters, those lowlife, undeserving, lazy moochers and self-proclaimed victims.

I take it she also won’t be leaving messages on people’s answering machines at volumes normally associated with eruptions of Krakatoa? We came home yesterday after voting and taking Mr. Neville to the dentist to a message from Ann Romney on our answering machine. Pretty standard political stuff, but way LOUDER than most such messages. They had plenty of campaign funds, there was no need to leave messages on my machine that maybe two or three people in Cleveland didn’t hear.

I think this is a bit unnecessary. Ann Romney wasn’t running for anything and it’s a bit unfair to assume she thinks of herself as above the plebes. After all, she did marry Mitt.
It’s good that the people in power actually are displaying more class than I am showing now. It’s probably best in the long run that Barack Obama is in charge, and I am not, because my plans for Day One following the elections results would have had Ann Romney paraded spread-eagled with various tax documents from the past twenty years protruding from various orifices while journalists followed her down the street with buckets of tar that they poured over her while chanting intrusive personal questions and demanding that she answer them faster than they were being asked. But, hey, that’s just me. Prolly a good thing I’ll never win election to anything bigger than the SD Hall of Classless Idiots. Be grateful you have just seen, over your vigorous objections, someone elected to the office of POTUS who has grace, class, intelligence, a sense of dignity and decorum, a respect for his adversaries and an imperviousness to insult that most vengeance-seeking humans lack.

I think that if he hadn’t faced an incumbent he could have pulled it off. I am sure that he will realize that and buy the Republican nomination again in 2016.
