The Be Mine heart is worth a lot more than that, and I can’t trade it until I know the results of the auction.
But pending the auction I would be willing to give you the heart for your necklace, your roses (no value to anyone but me or digger) and a few conversation hearts.
I would also need a binding agreement that you can not trade it away or use it on me.

Gadarene estate auction results:
Scuba_ben walks away with rule 3, rule 13, the gold necklace, and the white heart, in exchange for a bank IOU in the amount of 63 points.
pedescribe wins rule 10, two pink roses, and one white rose, at a total IOU cost of 60 points
Oredigger77 gets rule 18, a pink conversation heart, and 3 red conversation hearts, writing out an IOU for 5 points.
NAF1138 takes 3 red conversation hearts, and owes the bank 3 points.
Mahaloth gets nothing, as does Antinor01, who did not submit a bid.
Gadarene’s copies of rules 12 and 16 were not bid on, and will be donated to the Meeko library of dirty tricks, for the future edification of Hagglers everywhere.
