Given that Trump hasn’t been paying attention to the election of actual delegates, and given that they seem to be GOP regulars, I’d suspect that whatever they feel like doing will get done.
Always a risk, especially on the second & subsequent ballots. Many folks both here and in the larger punditosphere have said to expect Trump’s support to largely evaporate as delegates are unbound.
The consequences for the crowd outside are another matter.
And supposedly Cruz has been paying attention. Apparently though, that takes a lot of legwork and in a lot of States the candidate doesn’t get much input on who the delegates are, so I am not surprised Trump hasn’t gotten into that.
