I’ve checked the CDC site for the answer with no luck.
If you are wearing rubber gloves and are exposed to a biological agent (oh, say, anthrax as an example), are you supposed to:
- Take off the gloves and then wash your hands.
or
- Wash your hands with gloves still on, then take off the gloves, and then wash your hands again.

wanna tell us which CDC site you’re talking about?
maybe only people who are NOT wearing gloves are supposed to wash their hands?
The center for disease control’s site (http://www.cdc.gov/)
I’ve found stuff there that’s close, such as this:
http://www.cdc.gov/niosh/nasd/psas/ia10600.html
and
in this interview:
http://www.cdc.gov/od/oc/media/transcripts/t011025.htm
The usual practice is to wash your hands after removing your gloves.
