Pizza. Definitely pizza.
Or the 3.75$ breakfast at Pizzaville back home - they served it all day, so you could always have it for breakfast. Lots of food, good food, and for a great price.

First, a big glass of apple juice. I normal don’t drinnk apple juice but on the morning after that’s what I need.
Then steak and eggs and toast.
The first time someone offered me this on the morning after I woulda smacked him if I’d had the energy but once I started it… bam I was ready for the day!
I’ve always been fond of going to a hole-in-the-wall Mexican place and ordering a big ole plate of Huevos Rancheros (with beans, rice, and a stack of tortillas). The alternative is going to Johnny Reb’s for their Chicken Fried Steak & 3 Egg breakfast, complete with grits and biscuits & gravy.
I’m wondering if Zenster has an idea here… dim sum as hangover food? I’ve never thought about that… I have Sunday off from work, and if I’m off early enough Saturday night, I think I just might have to go out for a few drinks. I must test this. Only problem, is whenever I go for dim sum, I must have Tsingtao beer with it (Yes, leave me alone with my breakfast beer!). Beer goes incredibly well with dim sum.
I’m a big fan of the 3 AM preemptive hangover strike in the form of a good starchy fatty breakfast plate from the legendary (well in my neighborhood) Hollywood Grill. Usually I go for the Monte Christo (french toast and club sandwich: the two great tastes that taste great together) or a big ass omlette and a side of hash browns. NO soda with breakfast, they key is lots of water. Hangovers are not an issue after that.
