both Ringo & Paul look pretty damn good for their ages: I’ll bet they pretty much switched to healthy lifestyles.
recently watched Eight Days a Week (Ron Howard’s movie about their touring years) and they all smoked cigarettes constantly back in the day.
so, I’m guessing they quit that at some point.
Paul has been a vegetarian for a very long time. He refused to give Weird Al Yancovic permission to turn Live and Let Die into a song called Chicken Pot Pie, because he didn’t want to be seen as condoning eating meat.
Ringo has been completely sober for a couple of decades now; he used to be a mess.
He’s quoted as saying that he wouldn’t have anyone around to his house unless they could get wasted together, mostly booze.
“No, no, no, no, I don’t drink it no more. I’m tired of waking up on the floor.”
Ringo Starr and Barbara Bach have been married for 37 years! And Ringo is a great-grandfather, his granddaughter Tatie Starkey had a baby boy Stone Zacomo Low In August of 2016.
