I know that you have just undergone some sort of dental surgery on your birthday, of all days. (wisdom tooth removal? sorry, my memory’s fuzzy on this point) That’s not the best of days on which to do it… but then for that kind of thing, no day is the best, right? 
I hope that this thread will make you feel a little better, at least.
In case it is wisdom tooth removal, remember to drink plenty of water and fluids. You’ll look like a chipmunk, unless you’re one of the lucky people who don’t really show anything. Remember to take your pain meds when prescribed, and stanch the bleeding. If not, I don’t know what to say. But in any case, I hope you get better really soon, and feel like your old self in a matter of days.
