Oh by the way, did you all know that I’m gay? Just wanted you to make sure you knew.

That’s very flattering, but Robin and I are in a committed, monogamous relationship.
Hooray! Just finished up our festivities. A big rainbow door on the quad to represent a closet, and rainbow cupcakes for people who came out of it.

“Yeah, would they send us someplace special?”
Not trying to minimize the importance of Coming Out Day, but when isn’t a mangled Stripes quote appropriate?

Well, that’s the best I can do. I might be just a touch bi, but not much. Not enough for me to call myself that, anyway.

Oh, what the heck, it’s not like anybody that knows me hasn’t guessed by now. I’ve known that I’m gay for about 30 years, but just came around to accepting it this year. Better late than never, huh?

On that note, I almost convinced some female friends of mine to go with me to the gay club tonight, that’d be pretty funny
So I was just about to post and say,
“Since I was too scared to admit to being bisexual to anyone in real life today, I’ll do it here on the Dope instead!”
… and then it occurred to me that I actually did come out to someone today, to the professor who teaches my Ethics class. And I didn’t even remember that today was Coming Out Day, either! What great timing.
