April 10th, 1985. The day I was brought into this wonderful world!!! <3
Closing on my old condo was Wednesday. Mrs. ToKnow and I are now down to one mortgage, one power bill, and no HOA dues. It feels awesome!
I hear ya!
We are ALL DOUBLED UP w/condo dues, double electric, double water, double sewer + 4XXXX PROPANE HEAT. Our great big “new” 1891-crate-of-a-house EATS propane. As does the tiny condo “with wonderful water views” in midcoast Maine. I can’t wait to be in YOUR situation …
Hearty congratulations & have Well-Seasoned Holidays
It’s my birthday. Heading out to Farrell’s to celebrate.
Oh behalf of the other Pharrell, have a very happy birthday.
I had no idea that Farrell’s was still around. The New Jersey locations closed long ago.
They just reopened here last year, after about a 40 year absence.
Also…Happy Birthday, Sweetie!
You got my hopes up…
I have fond memories of Farrell’s as a kid gowing up in Michigan, but they are all but gone now. I had heard that they were down to one restaurant, but it seems that they have added a few California locations. Darn.
I liked the Green River soda, and ate a Pig’s Trough once.
My 12th grandchild was born yesterday. Emily Jolene, 9lbs, 2oz. Love the name Emily, really dislike the name Jolene, which sounds like someone from the Ozarks. But everyone is healthy and happy.
Agree on the names, and I’m happy to hear of your new addition. Congratulations
Congrats !!! What cool news. 12… dayum.
My baby boy turns 20 tomorrow, 1-30-2015. He’s brought so much fun into our lives and made me look at the world in completely new ways. He can be a pain, but it’s generally in exactly the same way I am a pain, so it’s hard to hold it against him.
Some of them are step-grandkids, but it’s all good.
So. Yeah. Milestones, eh?
Looks like I done gone knocked up Heloise.
The little Doper offspring who shall be known as Helfire is expected somewhere in June.
Woohoo! So now we know why you haven’t be around much. Congrats!

Brilliant monicker.
He’s lucky you didn’t go with Coldeeze.
Library1900 and I celebrated our 2nd anniversary on St. Patrick’s Day. He spent the previous weekend in the hospital because his internal defibrillator went off. (His heart rate had jumped to 206 bpm.)
Also, I passed my colonoscopy with flying colors and my anemia is getting much better thanks to the iron pills. March is already a million times better than February, when I went to the doctor 8 times for various health problems.
I’m going to be having another Doper baby! He’s due in July (we know it is a boy).
11 years ago today my wife and I moved into the house that we currently live in. For me, at least, I believe this is the longest I’ve ever lived anywhere.
