I was thinking the same thing, but it looks like one of them has darker bands around his front legs, and the other has a bit more white along the sides of his muzzle.
Or, since they’re both redheads, Adam and Cary.

Squee! Cute baby kitties!
I’ll give you a tip: Don’t feed them right away when you get up. That reduces (but may not eliminate) the amount of early-morning pestering for food that you’ll get from them.
Those are great names! I’m glad there’s somebody else who likes Grant better than Tory, too… You can’t name one of them Cary, because they’re both boys.
I would solve the problem of looking alike by getting different-colored collars for them. They won’t like the collars at first, but they will get used to them. And then they’ll have some readily visible ID if they ever run off.
That’s a good idea.
Tell that to this guy.
Very cute kittens!
I want one! I have two cats, but now I want kittens!
Aww, they look like a friend’s cat, Cheetos, did when he was a little thing like that.
But then he wouldn’t have the Mythbusters theme.
ETA: Blue and green collars might look nice with the orange fur (assuming you don’t have some kind of color-blindness that means you couldn’t tell those apart).
Ha! That’s what I thought. Then I found what really happens is that they team up to create more mischief than just one cat could ever do.
So sayeth a guy who adopted two orange tabby kittens last spring!
They are so beautiful! I love orange tabbies.
Sadly, I liked their brother a lot better because he and I really bonded together. He’d follow me around if I moved from one room to another. When I’d be typing on my computer he’d climb on me then lay down while I scratched him and he’d purr. And in the mornings when I woke up he was usually against the back of my legs.
The orange cats are fine, but they spend most of their time in the windowsill or behind our couch. They’re fun to play with but aren’t as affectionate. But my wife thinks they’re gorgeous and they do just about anything together. Last night they even used the cat box together :dubious: . I’ve never seen two cats so bonded together.
Give it some time: they just got there. You may be surprised.
Yeah. I’m trying to give them lots of love and affection but after a few seconds of petting and scratching them they usually just get up and walk away. They’re not use to being picked up and held, so I’m working on that. One of them will let me hold him for a few seconds before getting fidgety, but the other doesn’t like it at all. When I go into the bathroom and shut the door they cry because they want in, so that’s sweet.
Give it time. Cats can be trained to be affectionate toward humans. Reward the behaviors you want to see.
Oh, I’m definitely doing that. In fact, I see both of them right now. Guess I’m off to offer some loving to them.
It is so nice that you have found your kittehs. Raise them well and with wuv.
We are :).
They do get more affectionate when they get a bit older, as a general rule. Right now they are full of ZOOM and have to get into all sorts of mischief. And now you know, you’re not allowed to shut the door. When I use the bathroom at home, I usually have at least one and usually all three Bodoni kitties checking in on me. Sometimes they want to be petted, sometimes they want a sink drink, sometimes they just want to make sure that I don’t melt down the bathtub drain.
Heh, when Jamie was alive he’d just sit by the door patiently waiting for me to get out. I have a dog, a cocker spaniel, who most times will sniff and snort under the door until I get out.
Our new cat lies down across the threshold of the door when I’m in the bathroom. It’s like she’s guarding me against some unknown evil. “Thou shalt not pass!” It’s cute.
Pet them for me.
