Judging from the amount of fireworks detonated around my neighborhood last night and well into the morning hours, the ecomomy is making a comeback and people have enough money to spend on fireworks. This time last year the local streets were rather quiet.
Home Depot Center, about two miles from here, put on quite a show last night after the Galaxy game. I got to watch it through my front room window while sitting here at the computer.
