Watcha drinking?
The evening began with a classic daiquiri made with Probitas Rum, a blend of rum from Foursquare in Barbados and Hampden Estate in Jamaica. Next up came another classic daiquiri made with Kō Hana rum, an agricole style made with Hawaiian heirloom sugar cane. Looks like the night will end with a Corn and Oil made with The Real McCoy 10.
Of course everyday is rum day in my house, but this gives me an excuse to bring out the good stuff.
