Happy Thanksgiving, Canada!

Happy Thanksgiving to our Canadian friends, whether they be at home or abroad. Think of me while you’re chowing down on the turkey and stuffing. As you know, I have relocated to the US, and this is the first big holiday I’ve been away from my family for quite awhile.

Be thankful for your families, for your friends, because you can be with them tomorrow. Be thankful for Canada. You don’t have to be thankful for the snow, if you don’t want to, but you could send a bit my way since I’m still in shorts.

Stop throwing cranberry sauce at me. That stuff stains, and I don’t even like cranberries.

No snow here, Gingy - it’s about 16 and sunny.

We do have mounds, and mounds of delicious, suculant turkey though…

and stuffing…

and mashed potatoes…

and gravy…

and sweet potato pie…

and corn on the cob…

and punkin’ pie with whip cream for desert…

Ummm - I think I gained about 4 pounds just typing that.

Thanks for the well wishes - I’ll shwank a piece of turkey for you.

No snow here either, Ginger. But there is a lot of food. Definitely will be with my family, I think.

First snow of the season here. Leaves blowing about. Pulled my fleece socks out of storage. Curled up with the cat.

A lot to be thankful for. Best wishes all.

I dunno what I’ll be eating but whatever it is I’ll eat lots of it and be very thankfull for it. Best wishes to you and yours.

I echo the wish for a happy day.
Thanks Ginger for pointing it out.

You should taste my turkey! (But you’ll have to wait for the U.S. Thanksgiving Day.)

Have a good one!

Cheers fellow Canadians!

Our thanksgiving party turned into a house party, with 20+ people showing up at my friends house. It was supposed to be “pot-luck” but people brought beers instead of yams and vodka in place of taters. It was a wild thanksgiving as I’ve ever been to.

I had to leave early tho, as my GF had a little too much to drink and wanted to go home to lie down. (Those of you who met her in London this summer know she’s a funny drunk, :))

Watch it.

Happy Thanksgiving to all! ('cept Scott)

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

A day late and as usual a dollar short, but heartfelt nonetheless.

Hope it was a wonderful day of friends and family and scrumptious food!

Much Love,

Cheri

I had dinner on Friday night, great dinner and such. Hope you all had a good one too… I’ve been gone for a bit so I couldn’t really reply.
