Happy Thanksgiving to our Canadian friends, whether they be at home or abroad. Think of me while you’re chowing down on the turkey and stuffing. As you know, I have relocated to the US, and this is the first big holiday I’ve been away from my family for quite awhile.
Be thankful for your families, for your friends, because you can be with them tomorrow. Be thankful for Canada. You don’t have to be thankful for the snow, if you don’t want to, but you could send a bit my way since I’m still in shorts.
Stop throwing cranberry sauce at me. That stuff stains, and I don’t even like cranberries.
Our thanksgiving party turned into a house party, with 20+ people showing up at my friends house. It was supposed to be “pot-luck” but people brought beers instead of yams and vodka in place of taters. It was a wild thanksgiving as I’ve ever been to.
I had to leave early tho, as my GF had a little too much to drink and wanted to go home to lie down. (Those of you who met her in London this summer know she’s a funny drunk, :))
