Hard time re-installing Spybot

Lately, my antivirus Spybot wouldn’t allow me to update, So I followed a coworker’s advice and deleted/reinstalled the software.

Unfotunately, I get a little memo from my computer :

Setup has detected that the following components are already installed on your computer:

Explorer file scan plugin ( in file context menu)

Deselecting these components will not uninstall them.

Would you like to continue anyway?

At which I click YES and install and etc…

Until I get ACCESS IS DENIED
and
Setup not completed. Please correct the problem and run Setup again.

What is the correct way to fix this problem?

Try deselecting the Explorer file scan plugin so that it’s not trying to reinstall over the one that’s already there. If that doesn’t work try installing it in safe mode.

NOW I cant get disk defragmentation to work.
