Animated graphics in posts now OK

After discussion, we’ve tentatively decided to allow animated graphics in posts. (We’ve been breaking links to animations up till now.) Please don’t make us regret we did this. Please, no animations in avatars. Not sure if that’s even possible, but if it is, don’t.
