Is there sexual harrassment in other countries and if so are there any web sites where I can get info about this?
I’m sure there is sexual harrassment in just about any society where the sexes meet outside the home. If you are asking about sexual harrassment laws here’s the full text of Great Britain’s Sex Discrimination Act of 1975 under which employers are liable for employees’ acts done within the course of employment, even without the employer’s knowledge or approval:

I believe there have been several harrassment cases in the UK that have been argued using this law as the precident.
there is sexual harrasment in Canada, and I think evry jurisdiction has taken measures to combat it. They usually deal with it through human rights legislation, as an aspect of sexual discrimination. (I believe some jurisdictions deal with it through labour standards/occupational health legislation as well, but I don’t thnk that’s as common.)
Most workplaces are under provincial jurisdiction, so provincial human rights/labour standards laws apply. About 10% of workplaces are under federal jurisdeiction, so in those cases federal law applies.
Here are the sites for the federal human rights commmission’s sexual harrassment policy, and also the Ontario site (Ontario is the biggest province, so it tends to be influential for the policies of other provinces - sort of like New York and California in the U.S.) I’v aslo included a site that gives links to all the other human rights commissions.

Oh, and here’s a link to one of the major Supreme Court of Canada cases on sexual harrassment cases. It set the basic ground rules for dealing with sexual harrassment as an aspect of sexual discrimination.
