News conference going on now, pilot 70 year old male, was conscious and talking. Transported to the hospital in fair to moderate condition.
Looks like an emergency landing, wonder if he had engine failure or ran out of gas.

I guess if you have to crash-land, doing so in a golfcourse probably optimizes your chances of having a bunch of doctors hanging around to help you out.

I just read an article that said his condition is now “stable”, he’ll probably be okay in the long run.

The article I’m reading says he was also involved in a helicopter crash in 1999. You just can’t kill that guy.
